Yoga and Meditation Retreat
February 16-22 at Samma Karuna
7 days of yoga and meditation will leave you feeling like you have a new body, as well as a new relationship growing between your body and your mind.
The principle of letting go in order to manifest the new, as well as the art of awareness are the themes of our retreat. Every action we take will dedicate to our intentions set at the beginning of the retreat experience.
Schedule:
7:15 silent sitting (Vipassana meditation)
8:30 yoga (hatha, vinyasa, yin, Sivananda styles)
11:00 vegetarian brunch
12:15 teaching lesson/experiential learning with the group/dharma talk – please treat this as your “off the mat” meditation!
1:30-4 – beach break
4pm yoga
7pm healing and awakening class
15,000 bht pp – includes excellent vegetarian lunch each day after yoga practice
25,000 bht includes your accommodation, and transportation to and from Samma Karuna each morning and evening
